How building a Sustainable Adventure Park: Our Eco-friendly Solutions
Building a sustainable adventure park relies on thoughtful choices, both in terms of materials used and construction techniques. Every decision has a direct impact on the environment, and we offer solutions to build a nature-friendly park while ensuring the safety and longevity of your installations.
Choosing Tree-friendly Anchoring Techniques
The Uniclou
The Uniclou is an innovative technology that respects tree growth while allowing for secure installations. This method enables structures to be fixed to trees without causing damage or requiring heavy maintenance. The Uniclou also reduces the number of necessary anchors, minimizing its impact on the tree.

Growing Anchor
Our growing anchor system is an evolving and reversible solution for securing cables in trees while respecting their natural development. This chain tensioning system releases pressure during the winter season and adapts to the tree's growth, ensuring a stable and durable anchor.
This system also allows several cables to be attached to the same system. This limits the number of anchors on the tree. The tree is preserved and the visual aspect is greatly improved.
Belt growth Wedges
Growth wedges, made from natural wood (half-round or full), are essential for protecting trees. They help distribute the pressure from the cables and ensure the proper circulation of sap, preventing the tree from being suffocated while maintaining optimal safety.
Durable Materials
Eco-friendly Mattresses
Visitor safety is essential, but it’s also possible to reduce ecological impact.
> Using recycled foam can reduce the ecological footprint of a mattress by 20 times!
Re-Use mattresses significantly lower carbon footprints. These mattresses are made from collected, treated, and recycled materials, offering an eco-friendly alternative while still providing optimal shock absorption.

Untreated Wood: Larch and Douglas Fir
Wood choice is critical. Larch and Douglas Fir are excellent alternatives to treated pine, offering natural durability with class 3 (resistant to weather and moisture). We offer modules in larch at the same price upon request.
We also use Robinia for our natural play areas. As well as being extremely durable, this species provides a natural look thanks to a barked appearance that reveals its original shape.
Quality Equipment for Maximum Longevity
CE Certified Lifting Equipment
To ensure safety and quality in your installations, choose CE-certified lifting equipment. This equipment meets strict criteria for strength and durability, simplifying assembly and maintenance while ensuring long-lasting structures.
Quality Ropes
Opt for ropes with a sufficient diameter (24 mm) to guarantee their strength and longevity over time. These ropes ensure optimal safety and provide a high-quality experience on your courses, enhancing your park's image with visitors.
Heavy-duty Nets
Nets represent a significant portion of plastic materials in an adventure park. It’s crucial to prioritize high-quality, repairable nets. Our heavy-duty nets guarantee optimal safety for over 5 years and up to 10 years, even in cases of high traffic. We also provide repair patches to extend their lifespan.
Our Commitment at Amazone Adventure
Eco-friendly Production
At Amazone Adventure, we produce all our game modules while optimizing resource use. We value our waste, such as producing firewood from offcuts and reusing net scraps. We also offer all our modules in natural (untreated) wood at the same price upon request.
Local Suppliers
We work with local suppliers, 80% of whom are based in the Rhône-Alpes region, within 100 km of our production workshop. This allows us to minimize the carbon footprint associated with our purchases and support the local economy.
