[Adventure park] Improving the customer experience!

To have a more attractive adventure park, you need to think about the customer experience! Here's our advice:

1 - The choice of games

Games tailored to your customers

  • If you're focusing on a family rope course, choose obstacles with progressive difficulty levels.
  • For a sportier park, don't stop at the physical aspect of difficulty: choose challenging games that combine sporting difficulty with coordination, balance and ease in the face of vertigo.

2- Adapted equipment

Fitting out customers is an important phase. It marks the start of the business.


From an operational point of view, it's all about being fast and efficient. Think about selecting equipment that makes your work easier: quick-release buckles, color-coded thigh straps, etc.


It's a good idea to have a dedicated set-up area.

INSPIRE CONFIDENCE

The equipment allows the customer to immerse himself in the activity, and to become aware of the first notions of safety (putting on the harness, discovering the lifeline connector, etc.).

It's also important for customers to have confidence in their equipment, so that they can enjoy the activity. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be clean, adapted and adjusted to the size of the participant.

Think about optional equipment that can add an extra sense of security: helmets, gloves.
