[Adventure park] Improving the customer experience!
To have a more attractive adventure park, you need to think about the customer experience! Here's our advice:
1 - The choice of games
Games tailored to your customers
- If you're focusing on a family rope course, choose obstacles with progressive difficulty levels.
- For a sportier park, don't stop at the physical aspect of difficulty: choose challenging games that combine sporting difficulty with coordination, balance and ease in the face of vertigo.
> Remember to use our search filter by difficulty level to save time searching for your games !
Le choix de l'emplacement
Place a few thrill-seeking games close to the reception area to encourage interaction between guests and guides, or close to parking lots or other high-traffic areas: zip lines, rolling games, Tarzan jumps, etc.
> Look for the wow effect!

Diversity!
There's a huge range of games for all levels, not to mention a multitude of variations (handrails, colors...), so enjoy it!

Theme
Do you have lots of courses?
Choose themes to differentiate your courses: colors / atmosphere / type of games ...
Examples:
- The jungle course may consist mainly of rope element, green nets, Tarzan jumps, etc.
- The tightrope walker course is mostly made up of games requiring balance: monkey bridges, beams, balancing ropes, etc.

2- Adapted equipment
FAST AND EFFICIENT
Fitting out customers is an important phase. It marks the start of the business.
From an operational point of view, it's all about being fast and efficient. Think about selecting equipment that makes your work easier: quick-release buckles, color-coded thigh straps, etc.
It's a good idea to have a dedicated set-up area.
INSPIRE CONFIDENCE
The equipment allows the customer to immerse himself in the activity, and to become aware of the first notions of safety (putting on the harness, discovering the lifeline connector, etc.).
It's also important for customers to have confidence in their equipment, so that they can enjoy the activity. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be clean, adapted and adjusted to the size of the participant.
Think about optional equipment that can add an extra sense of security: helmets, gloves.
THE GOOD IDEA! Gloves for additional sales reassure customers and increase your sales basket!
3- The overall look of your park
The reception area
The reception area is your (future) customers' first contact with your park. They need to find answers to their questions easily, know where to go, where to wait, etc.
Meticulous finishing
THE GOOD IDEA! Create a free zone of activity on the ground (under parental supervision) to keep children occupied while they wait: swings, floor play module, floor zip-line, hammock nets, sandbox (or chip tray), beams, ...
Think of the visual details: cap nuts, thermo end caps and signage. In addition to ensuring the safety of your customers, they play an active role in the image of your park.
